What does BOQ mean?
A Bill of Quantities (BOQ) lists project work or material items with their quantities and units. When requesting quotes, share the relevant material items with the technical specification and current drawings.
Who handles the sale and delivery?
Matravo connects buyers and suppliers through requests for quotation. You agree the sale, payment and delivery terms directly with your chosen supplier.
How can I compare quotations?
First check that offers cover the same products, quantities and units. Then compare specifications, unit prices, packaging, transport costs and delivery times. Ask suppliers to clarify missing information and alternative products.
What should I include in a request for quotation?
State the product name, technical specifications, quantity and unit. Add the delivery location and requested date. Include current drawings, room schedules and specifications where relevant.
Who can join as a supplier?
Construction and landscaping manufacturers, distributors and suppliers can join. The ten material groups include concrete, insulation, finishes, building services, hardware and landscaping.
