Frequently asked questions

What is Matravo?

Matravo is a specification and BOQ-led B2B quotation network: it connects project buyers across MENA and Europe with construction-material manufacturers in Türkiye, and turns one technical request into comparable, export-ready offers.

What does BOQ mean?

A BOQ (Bill of Quantities) is the document that lists a project's items with their quantities, units and specifications. Matravo structures requests with exactly that logic, line by line.

Is Matravo a marketplace or a catalog?

No. Matravo operates no catalog, no checkout and no logistics. You define what the project needs; qualified manufacturers offer inside that structure; you then trade directly with the supplier you choose.

How do offers become comparable?

Every offer fills the same mandatory fields: per-line spec compliance, price basis in the fixed unit, Incoterms, packaging and lead time. Same fields, same units — differences show up in the table.

Who sees my request?

Your request is routed to verified manufacturers matched by category and capability; it is never published on a public board. Your identity and contact details are not shared at the offer stage.

Who can join as a supplier?

Construction-material manufacturers producing in Türkiye. Launch categories: ceramic, sanitaryware, facade systems, insulation, doors and MEP. Categories will expand with demand.

Who is it for on the buying side?

Contractors, procurement teams, developers and project buyers across MENA and Europe who purchase against specifications or bills of quantities.

How are companies verified?

Both sides join as companies; trade registry and core corporate details are checked during onboarding. Technical claims live in profiles, with documents.

Why are Incoterms a mandatory field?

Incoterms define where delivery happens and how responsibility is split. If the field could be left empty, offers would stop being comparable — so every offer states the rule plus the named place.

Which languages do you support?

English, Turkish and Arabic — including full right-to-left layout for Arabic. Each side works in its own language.

Is Matravo live today?

We are in early access. Buyers and suppliers on the list are onboarded first and help shape the initial categories.

How will pricing work?

Pricing is announced at launch; early-access members are informed before public availability.

How is my data protected?

Personal data is never sold; processing principles are explained in the Privacy Notice. Request contents are shared only with matched parties, as the workflow requires.

How is Matravo related to MarbleMap?

Both are vertical products of Fusapp OÜ. MarbleMap applies the same discipline to natural stone that Matravo applies to construction materials: structured requests, fair comparison.
