Privacy Notice
This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Matravo website and join the early-access list. Matravo is in its pre-launch stage; no marketplace transactions happen on this site, and only the limited data listed below is processed.
1. Data controller
Matravo is operated by Fusapp OÜ, registered in Estonia. For any privacy-related request, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
- Early-access form: your work e-mail, the role you select (buyer/supplier) and your consent record (consent text and time). Your address is verified through a double opt-in confirmation link.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser/device type and security logs. Form submissions are verified with Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection.
This site uses no advertising cookies. If analytics measurement is enabled, it runs only with your explicit consent (Consent Mode, default: denied).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Consent — sending early-access e-mails. You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail, or by writing to us.
- Legitimate interest — site security and abuse prevention.
4. Processors
- Brevo (EU) — e-mail list and delivery
- Cloudflare — CDN, security and Turnstile bot protection
- Scaleway (EU) — hosting
Your personal data is never sold and is not shared with third parties beyond the above.
5. Retention
Your e-mail record is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion; security logs are kept short-term on a rolling basis.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Requests: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (for Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate).
7. Changes
This notice may be updated; material changes are announced to the list.
