Step 01

Define your specification once

A good request is the precondition of good offers. On Matravo a request is a structure, not free text:

• 01Line items — every product on its own line: description, dimensions, standard (e.g. EN 14411, EN 997).
• 02Quantity and unit — m², pieces, sets; the unit is fixed up front, so offers arrive in the same unit.
• 03Delivery terms — destination country, preferred Incoterms, required lead-time window.
• 04Documents — drawings, a BOQ file or datasheet requirements, if any.

Step 02

The request reaches matched manufacturers

Your request does not land on a public board. It is routed to Turkish manufacturers verified as companies and matched by category and capability. Your identity and contact details are not shared at the offer stage; manufacturers see the technical scope only.

Türkiye is one of the largest manufacturing bases within close reach of Europe and MENA for ceramic, sanitaryware, facade, insulation, doors and MEP items — Matravo's launch categories were chosen around that strength.

Step 03

Offers arrive in one structure

Every offer is made inside your request's structure and is required to state:

• aSpec compliance — per line: compliant / with alternative / out of scope.
• bUnit price basis — in the fixed unit and currency.
• cIncoterms — the rule and the named place or port.
• dPackaging — export specification.
• eLead time — production + dispatch window.

Because these fields cannot be left empty, there is no "footnote on page 7 of the PDF" — differences show up in the table.

Step 04

Compare, clarify, move

You review offers side by side, shortlist, and request per-line clarification where needed. Every request has a status — both sides always see what moved and what is waiting on whom.

You then trade with your chosen supplier on your own terms: Matravo operates no catalog, no checkout and no logistics; it establishes the technical and commercial clarity of the job.
