- Record the specified material, nominal size and joint type. Add the drawing reference for equipment connections.
- Project requirements
- Copy pressure, temperature or electrical requirements from the approved design; do not estimate them from the photograph.
- Equipment duty
- Where relevant, attach the engineer's duty schedule and list the connected equipment or controls.
- Quantity and accessories
- Use metres, pieces or sets consistently. Identify fittings and supports included in each quantity.
- Documents and phasing
- Request product sheets and deviations against the schedule, with delivery dates separated by floor or phase.
