Delete your Matravo account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Matravo account and associated personal data in the Matravo mobile app, or by e-mail if you do not use the app (for example, if you use Matravo only on the web portal).

App: Matravo · Developer and data controller: Fusapp OÜ (Estonia)

1. Request deletion in the app

  1. Open the Matravo app and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Account and tap Delete account.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your account e-mail address to confirm your request.

When you confirm, your deletion request is recorded and we attempt to close account access. If you can still sign in afterward, contact us at the privacy address below; a request receipt alone does not confirm that access has closed.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you do not use the app or cannot use it, send an e-mail with the subject “Account deletion request” to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to your account. We may ask for the information needed to confirm that the request comes from the account holder. You can also use this address to ask us to delete specific data without deleting your account.

3. After your request

Our team manually reviews verified requests and the associated data. An acknowledgement of your request does not mean all data has already been erased. The review determines what can be deleted or anonymised and whether a legal reason requires retention. You can ask for the outcome, including the legal reason and period or criteria for any retained data, at the privacy address below.

4. Data covered by the request

  • Your account and profile data: name, e-mail address, password hash, phone number (if you added one), language and notification preferences.
  • Your sign-in sessions and the push notification tokens of your devices linked to your account.
  • Your personal data in the content you created on Matravo (requests, offers, chat messages and their attachments, saved searches). Shared company and other users' records are assessed separately.

5. What may be kept

The following records may need to be retained only as far as needed to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The reason and retention period or criteria are assessed for each request.

  • Invoices, payment and transaction records (as required by tax and commercial law).
  • Content moderation records (reports, blocks and moderation decisions).
  • Records of when you accepted our terms and privacy notice and which version you accepted (consent evidence) may be retained where needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Article 17(3)(e) GDPR).

Backup and service-provider copies are assessed separately; their deletion is not confirmed by a request receipt or account access closure.

A request about your account does not delete the accounts of other users in your company.
